Bret is the Associate Broker and Owner of the Realty Network Group. A full-time Realtor®, with over a decade of experience selling homes in the Phoenix Metro market, Bret specializes in residential and multifamily transactions.
Originally from Colorado, Bret relocated to the valley of the sun to attend Arizona State University. Bret started his real estate career while still in college as an intern and worked under the mentorship of a leading real estate team and coach. Bret was exposed to all aspects of the business and immediately fell in love with the industry. Upon graduating from ASU, he was hired on as a licensed agent with the same team.
Over a decade, Bret worked his way up, becoming a Sales Manager, Branch Manger and ultimately the Designated Broker for a small boutique brokerage with 2 locations.

Becky Trujillo is a native of Arizona, raised in Safford AZ until her family relocated to Mesa in 1986. Becky graduated from Westwood High School and attended Scottsdale Community College on a softball scholarship. After school, she made her way into the customer service industry first working for the Mesa Public School District then for JcPenney as the manager of the Simple for Sports department, then making her way into the banking industry as a merchant teller and branch manager.
After leaving the banking industry, she became a receptionist for Realty Executives, where she was able to move up and eventually work for one of the #1 producing agent who is the recipient of the R. Dale Rector Award, which is the highest award given by Realty Executives. During the next 17 years of her real estate career, Becky held titles of a dedicated Listing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, REO Specialist, Foreclosure Specialist and a Short- Sale Coordinator.
Becky helped launch and build several Real Estate Professional Careers and she takes pride in being able to help real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, lenders and title companies come to the common goal of attaining the American Dream of home ownership.

Debbie moved to Arizona with her family in 1969. Along with her husband and 3 sons she has been a long time Tempe resident. She started her working career with Ramada Inn Corporate Offices for 15 years and Alaska Airlines for 5 years. Both companies she’s had extensive contact with customers, vendors, handling customer service issues and complaints to handle point of resolution. In 2001 she started her real estate career specializing in residential sales. For the past 14 years she has been part of a successful real estate team. Six of those years she was also working as the listing coordinator and assisted the transaction coordinator. Taking care of her clients is the most important part of her business. Making sure her clients come first and keeping them abreast of how each and every step of the process works are very important. Staying involved from start to finish gives her clients a comfort level that they deserve. She would not be where she is today if it was not for her family. She enjoys spending time together with her family. Grandkids and Grand dogs are the joy of her life. She has been season ticket holder to ASU football for over 25 years, and she enjoys playing golf. After relocating to Arizona from Michigan to pursue a mortgage career, I have held many positions within the industry, including Loan Officer, Branch Manager and National Trainer. I am an AZDRE Certified Instructor, member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors and the South East Valley Association of Realtors. My primary professional goal as a Loan Officer is to continually service and educate homebuyers and real estate agents. Before Tiffany Carlson-Richison had even celebrated her 20th birthday, she was a homeowner. "I purchased my first home at 19 and my second property at 21. I did not hire a Realtor for my first two purchases. The first transaction my parents walked me through the process as they had purchased hundreds of homes. As such, it appeared that the entire transaction was easy so I foolishly elected not to hire a real estate agent to assist me with my second purchase. Shortly after closing on the second property, which was a condo, I quickly realized that I made a big mistake not hiring a real estate professional, as I discovered that the HOA had no money in the bank and $30,000 of accounts receivable.
